Can I pickup my order? 
-Yes! If you are close enough then local pickup is available to you! At checkout make sure you click "local pickup" so that you don't pay for shipping! After you place the order, you should receive an email within 48 hours telling you that your order is ready for pickup! 
 
Can I cancel my order once it is already placed?
-We allow cancellations IF you can get in contact with one of our team members before a shipping label has been created, if not you will have to wait until you receive your order to send it back. 
 
How do I know if my order has been placed?
-Please make sure that you double check your email at checkout and make sure that it is correct so that you are receiving your order details. Every order gets an order confirmation sent to their email. As well as a tracking number once that becomes available. If you didn't receive an email, check your spam and if you still don't see one please email our customer support email with your full name. 
 
Can I use multiple coupon codes at once?
-No unfortunately our system only allows one coupon code at a time. 
 
Do you have gift cards? 
-Yes we have E-gift cards that will be automatically sent to your inbox. You can find these on our website. You can buy anywhere from $15-$100 worth of gift cards.
