How long does it take for my order to ship out of your warehouse?

Your order takes 1-5 days after you place the order. We do not ship packages over the weekend! You will receive an email with a confirmation number and you will also receive another email once the order is being shipped out with a tracking number from USPS. These tracking numbers sometimes take a couple hours to update in their system, please be patient! 

 

My package says it was delivered but it wasn't, what now? 

Please check the address you placed on the actual order, you can find this information on the confirmation email that was first sent to you. If that's correct and you still can't figure it out, please wait a couple hours as it might show up after the stated delivery time. Check with neighbours, your mailbox and your front porch as maybe the package was delivered somewhere else. If you still can't figure it out, please send us an email with your order number and the situation.
